What is it gonna take for Lethal descent to respond to me

I recently ordered a pair of pants from them but I ordered them in the wrong color so I immidiatly contacted them by email telling them the problem and giving them my receipt number. I haven't heard anything from them in 4 days (not counting Sunday) and the pants haven't shipped yet. Is there any way I could contact them that they might respond to me a little faster?

Happened to me recently. I ordered a pair of pants that was on their website that was actually sold out. It took a while for them to respond and I'm working on a getting a refund. I think they haven't been fully operational in a while and don't have a big shipping operation going anymore. Shame, they were pretty dope.
