PringleI have been dealing with extreme tendonitis in both heels. Got it checked out by the doctor, he told me to take some time off. So I took 5 days off from skiing, went back out and the pulsating pain returned on the first run. My boots have been nothing short of perfect for 75+ days of skiing over the last two years.
Could my boots be packed out? maybe my technique changed? I want to know what caused this in the first place so I don't have to miss time next season.
I am very frustrated, I know I should probably call it a season so I don't risk ruptures or tears. Sick of skiing around like an old man. Been stretching and using foam rollers... Any advice on how to treat this or what caused it?
