What flip to start trying

Do whatever youre most comfortable with on a trampoline. If youre equally comfortable with all of them, then I would reccomend backflips

You should try a backflip first, way easier to throw than a front because all you have to do is lean back and follow the way the jump throws you

Backflip is easier to throw, harder to commit. Frontflip is easier to commit, harder to throw. Personally my first invert was a front, but I think most people would recommend a backflip.

lincolns are the easiest flip of all time. they look pretty dumb if theyre hucked but you can do them off basically anything.

I just landed my 1st backflip tonight. I recommend making a powder pit or something in your backyard, if I didn't do that I probably would've died on my first attempt. I stomped it on my 3rd though.

Technically an invert but cork 7. But 2 years ago I got flatspins and last year did backies. Stomped every flip first try so far...

U probs cant even lip on blind 2 I double posted because I double Backflip. I'm the best skiier on the mountain and the best NSer on Ns.
