Up/Down kinks? It's all in your head. You're not committed, and you're getting scared, so you're leaning off. Make sure you stay centered and keep proper stance, anticipate the kink, and mentally force yourself to be committed.
the only thing is COMMIT, just before last week i never hit more than a DFD or an FDF, there was this 5 kink urban down rail and all i gotta say is come in 100% confident flo and feel the kinks with your legs as you roll through em
So wait, all we have to do is bend the knees to absorb it? Ive done kinked rails before (simple flat up or flat down) and Ive always thought of shifting my weight to anticipated the kink. If i were to approach a dfd next time, i only have to keep my stance low and knees bent? ez
