Lower dins

Somewhat new to park skiing, but I had my buddy tell me today that when trying new shit he lowers his dins a little to be a bit safe until he stomps it with ease. Makes sense I guess but still not sure, any of you guys do this?

I unscrew my dins completely and leave them at the top of the park. that way they never get in the way.

depends how high the din was originally. Personally I'm on a 6 and I'm newish to park and I only pop out when I need to, don't usually come out of new tricks even if it's not the best landing.

If your DINs are set correctly there is no reason to do this.

I agree, the cork rotation is set with the butter so you need lots and lots of pure din din strength.
