As someone whose skied these mountains his whole life..
Grouse has the best park, its the most creative and reliable every year, however theres not much to lap aside from park in my opinion for side hits. they have night skiing in the park and a few of the runs
Seymour has sick rails, their jumps are decent i suppose, they really dont give a fuck what happens on the mountain everything is fair game (build your own side hits etc) they also have some really fun side hits and natural hips. but like i said their park is big on rails not jumps. they have night skiing in the park and a few runs
As for Cypress, my opinion may be biased as i work park crew there, but its an extremely underrated mountain to lap, they have night skiing in both the park, and the other side of the mountain, they have the most terrain out of all the locals so skiing outside the park isnt a huge issue, theres always side hits to be found.. and their park game, though everyone hates on it, has stepped up big time in the last three years, its top to bottom now, usually a 4 jump line, and theres three different parks, a beginner park, then a flowy rail garden called the skatepark, and the 'district' where they throw in all their big features and jumps... also they never get lines cause everyone hates on it, theres only ever a few people skiing the park there, and a bunch of rich jerrys scootin around. the only downfall in my opinion of cypress is that theyre strict as fuck, they technically say 'no side hits' cause they hate fun, but its never been an issue for me
