afterbanginnEverytime i go skiing and i usually don't do park that usually but jumping off cliffs and just skiing and rotation every time I'm done and take my knee brace off my whole knee has fluid in it and my meniscus hurts a little. I tore my meniscus about 11 months ago and it hasn't been that swollen since i went skiing last year . I can ski and stuff but it gets so full of fluid that it restricts me from moving it all the time. And when i walk around and stuff i it clicks and stuff more. So is there any oils or something that i can do to help it treatment i ice it time to time

Yes - first question is what does your doctor say about this?
Don't fuck around with your Knees. Most important part of a skier's body, and regularly the thing that goes the most wrong. You need to treat your knees with the utmost respect, and only a trained medical professional can properly diagnose what is going wrong!
"Hopefully it comes back the right way in skiing too.
Less rotations. More STYLE."
