Just came back from a broken tib fib and was wondering about relearning park. I was trying some front and blind 2's today which used to be very easy for me but now take me a couple of tries and generally look very sketchy. Will everything come back or should I expect to lose a lot of the tricks I had previously? Anyone had experience with this?
I'm recovering from a femur Injury right now and I can say that if you ease yourself beck in then you could fully come back, but if you rush it and re- injure yourself then you wont. Just go easy and what happens happens
It takes time you must rebuild the muscle memory it took me a while to get a the easiest of tricks when I recovered from a collar bone but after 3 days I had almost all my old tricks back but the tricks you didn't have mastered are the ones that arereally difficult to learn
