warranty is p much never an option, its the tough truth for park skis. if there are any signs of impact/damage on the tip, you're probably out of luck. but go to the shop you bought them from (or any shop that sells them if you bought online) and ask. companies would much rather deal with a shop because its easier for them, and companies are more likely to give warranties to shops than to some guy who sent in his skis . also if you bought these skis through a shop, they'll probably be more lenient to fix em' cheap or free. its also best to go on off peak hours to ensure good service from the right person, not just some teenager whos the only guy free.
