How to last longer?

So I've been trying to last longer at the ski hill but I usually cramp up or get dehydrated after about 8 hours. I just get sick of all the white stuff.

I've never taken more than 90 runs in a day. After each run, I take a 5 minute break on the chairlift and let the hill prepare to be shredded some more. As the day goes on, I notice that the hill gets more and more worn out, maybe it also gets tired.

I usually start at 9AM and take a break around 2PM. Those first 5 hours involve the most strenuous shredding. Sometimes I slide between the bumps as fast as I can...other times I venture off into thick jungle of trees, looking for the perfect line to make my entrance. I even grease a rail every now and then, just for the thrill. But my favorite part is taking a trip to the backside of the hill to see what it has to offer. Enough details.

NS, How can I increase my stamina and last all day?

Eat a good breakfast, bring delicious beverages and snacks, pack a good lunch, snag dinner in the lodge, boom power all day. or just drink monster like stephan stoop

get in better shape, train in the offseason as shitty as that sounds lol. personally I've never trained or anything for skiing but since I've blown my knee I've been on the exercise bike for a couple hours every day (not that a couple hours a day is necessary just tryna get my knee nice and strong) honestly, 20 mins a day while you're watching tv/gaming on the exercise bike will make a world of difference.

Gotta take breaks. Sometimes, I'll find myself taking a nap in the lodge. Always drink plenty of fluids and make sure to stay in shape. Don't go hard if you're tired. That's how you get injured

Its all about the food!
I have the luxury of being able to ski to my house, feast, then get back on the slopes in like 10 minutes flat, but i would never survive an entire 13 hour day of skiing without eating a giants meal before, during, and after

OR Beer, don't get drunk (jk I'm not your mom) just get a little flow going and you will be max cooling

Or the natural method (aka being a loser), of drinking water making sure to take breaks when needed and always eat a proper breakfast
