Slopestyle Contest Videos...?

I could be super oblivious but when I go to vote for the slopestyle contest none of the entry videos show up, is this because voting hasn't actually opened yet? There are even a couple comments on some of the videos but I can't watch any of them, has this happened to anyone else?
