(So i've been a huge newschooler fan just never had an account till now)
Anyway I'm off to Japan for 2 weeks and I've got a 2014 pair of Faction Somas. I love them to bits but... its time to expand my quiver.
Problem... Im beginning to get into the park but I'm off to Japan. I don't know if i should get a pair of pow skis (which will barely be used outside of Japan) or park skis for spring skiing etc. Any opinions on which the somas would combine best with - they held up well in my Whistler season but i borrowed a mates Pow skis for CAT skiing and if it was sticky i got left behind! I also, maybe its me, can't nose butter them for sh*t but tail butters are ridiculously easy to go large on? Could this be due to them being mounted back from centre?
Anyway I'm at such a dead end on which way to expand to... Give us your opinion on how you've gone about it building a quiver!
PS im 6'5 and 100kg so I'm worried id snap armadas :/
skis I like:
The friend - J skis
Magnum Opus - Line (Maybe too fat - i like to be in it)!
Wall - Volkl
Whipit - J skis
Al dente - Armada
