Try using the "Hola!" extension (google it). Then select USA as your country. If that doesn't work try using some sort of ip masking website :)

Yo! Just got it working on a laptop using Hola. Forget about iPad, iphone, android or any other tablet. It kicks you into nbc app. Hope you can get it!
