GregFlikThis is going to sound absolutely terrible, but I like it. For me It loosens me up, puts some spring in my knees, and allows me to get up way faster than I would normally.
There are also downsides if you take more than the recommended amount. You feel invincible. You may think to yourself "But Greg, that sounds like the bee's knees!" but it isn't, You don't realize how much stress you put on your body till after, or even the next day. Also you get super on edge and agitated when you are coming down.
I have before and Been into it, but the constipation afterwards and feeling like "You can ski better with them" really ruins it for me. I wouldn't recommend it since it may just amp you too much and then cause pain later down the line.
