Swandog7Not sure what you are trying to ask/say here. When you say midwest I hope you mean Colorado and out west in Utah. Iowa, Illinois, Wisco, MN are shit holes pretty much. The vibe is pretty dam sick because you get to see everything and know everyone. A lot of hills play music on speakers and you can hear it from the bottom and top. Skiing wise Out west wins 11/10 times compared to the actual midwest.
SirBucklesMichigan has some decently tall hills, and better snow fall than Wisconsin if you go far north even on the lower peninsula. Mt. Bohemia is a cool place some really good terrain for the Midwest. It has steeps and drops.

LonelyFucking fight me bish. We're the Midwest master race. But in all seriousness op Michigan has a lot of rail gardens and the vibes are pretty cool. Also we have some pretty good trees when the lake effect snow comes around. But if you can get out west get. Out. West. You'll learn so much more. If you can't the Midwest is pretty cool to.
Swandog7Not sure why the fuck you are freaking out, and if you note i didnt mention Michigan as it actually has some more east coast feel. Mt. Bohemia gets dumped the fuck on
LonelyI was joking man
THEDIRTYBUBBLEI live in the east, but I'll ski in the Midwest every once in a while. I really like the vibe of midwest resorts (Except BMBW. Always get a weird vibe from that place even though I have friends from there). The midwest has a real friendly vibe to it. And they love their skiing more than any place in the US. The lower east coast has a similar vibe to it. My home mountain use to be super intimidating to me when I was younger. Nowadays it's super chill. Up north on the east, has a weird vibe; I cant rrally explain it. Favorite place up there vibe-wise, would have to be Gunstock NH. And I just realized I have said vibe like 15 times.
CabbyArrantBut the shitty fact still remains that those of us in the Midwest ski on hills and not mountains.
MrbananabagsYeah Utah and Colorado have some great mountains. If anyone has never been you should check it out.
