I see what you're trying to do. Most resorts have a strict no compete on the mountain. If you are caught "guiding" on their hill, you pass is gone. Likewise, in the states at lease, you will have hell to pay with the National Forest if the mountain is on leased land. Not trying to be a buzz kill but the liability you would be taking on is ridiculous. One slip and fall and you are sued to fuck. Good luck though.
