MAD TRIX 2
Ok, will someone fill me in on this game, like which system it will be on and when it should be done?! I kind of need to no cuz I am thinking bout gettin a PS2 and wasnt sure if i should if Mad Trix 2 wasnt coming out for PS2. Anyways i think there is a guy on this website that had made some posts. So i was just wondering if i could get some more info, thanx.

The next game should be better...since we have so many good ideas...I think we can all agree the best type fo career mode is the mode in Amped...except instead of pro challenges...they should be comps....and that mountain progression idea someone has is a pretty cool idea...start local...work your way to whistler...
Ya, but the problem is, 3DO hardley listened to any of our ideas about the first one. So, will they listen this time around?

i think that until there is a good challenger in the market against jmmt the quality of the game won't be as good..which is why activision needs to make a game so that the two can compete year after year to make better and better games..like with the games of snowboarding

I'm sorry but I loved the game. No it might not have been the best game but what good is a game that is so much just like what you could go do outside during the day. THPS this game made it because it so unreal. I mean common would you play that game if you could only really bust like 8 ft in the air and not be ablr to jump of buildings and shit and land on rails and be perfectly fine. So this is my idea for the next one make it more unbelivable. But just take out the thing where you can throw a redeo by just jumping that was just plain stupid.

well the one on the game boy, you could like pull flatspins, and flips and everythin just off the ground, and that kinda turnned me away from it, and also the fact that it was impossible to control, at least for me

They should make it like ESPN snowboarder 2002 for PS2. That game is seriously fucking amazing. The career mode is the best ever, you start off with very shitty stats and it is very hard, the more you ride the better your stats get. Say if you do a pipe run your pipe skills increase. You can go to the weight room and buy stats or you can buy new equipment which gives you higher stats. You compete to win new areas which contain different slopes.
Also check out Amped for X-Box.
Steve- They didn't listen to us the first time because the first time they had already developed a game engine before we even knew the game was coming out (I think).

espn 2002 snowboarding is the sweetest game ever. They need to make it exactly like the career mode in that game. i highly enjoy playing that game jmmt is cool cause it is skiing but they gameplay sucks very horribly. i suggest 3do not make another skiing game ...ever
Now I will agree that JMMT wasn't a great game but people should stop getting on the one group of guys that actually had the balls to create a skiing game when no one else would. As for the person that said that they shouldn't use Johnny Mosely for the game should learn to gain some perspective in the world outside our small industry of newschool skiing. Do you think the average person has ever heard of JP or Tanner? I don't think so. 3DO is in business to make money and they picked the only logical choice they had to base their game around. Having said that after meeting the guys that worked on the game I have full respect for what they want to do with the sequel and I fully support their enthusiasm to make the game as good as they can. Sure, the game isn't the best but you can't tell me that it's better than nothing.
I wish they would follow the likes of SSX Tricky and Aggressive Inline (PS2 games) for controls and physics of the game.
SSX, Aggressive Inline and the most recent Freekstyle are sick/mad~!
