Advise on Re-stretching Hoodies

I have a 3xl JIbberish Hoodie and after 2 seasons of wash and dry it has shrunk a solid 6-7 inches and I have tried the usual ways to re-stretch and I haven't had really good results. Just looking for some other ideas that may help me out.

Don't dry your tall clothes man... Cold water wash, hang to dry

wet the clothes in coldish water, ring them out and then stand on the bottom of clothing sideways to prevent ripping, and pull up by the shoulders. Do one side at a time, repeat till you reach desired length. Hang to dry, do it a couple times while its drying if you want it super tall.
