YO anyone ever have acl surgery? what was it like 5 weeks after surgery?

Stay strong and positive! Attitude has a lot of effect on recovery. Is is just the ACL?

yeah just ACL and im going hamstring. trying to build my muscle up as much as possible before hand and i know im coming out stronger than ever
