in canada it just says 3.25% homogenized I looked at the store today
Yeah I'm sure it's 3% in countries outside America all over the world. I wonder if it tastes the same
250run-pasteurized non-homogenized grass fed whole milk....
oh fuck i could spend way to long writing about this shit.
couple quick things
it tastes significantly better than regular milk, raw whole milk also doesn't seem as rich as homogenized whole milk, since some sips have more or less cream to them.
skim milk is not healthier...pretty well ever. its full of lactose which is both a sugar and a common allergen. milk fat is actually very good for you, providing you with long lasting energy. not to mention it never hurts to eat foods in their natural unaltered state.
if you don't agree with me go do your own fuckin research. nutrition is a highly opinionated subject.
tldr raw milk tastes best
Dude yes! Haha I got into an argument with this one kid at school who thought skim was better for you cause "it's more purified" and whatever, but all they do is take out the buttermilk fat, which you stated, is actually good for you. Skim milk is more processed (I told him processed foods are worse). Skim milk just saves you 30 calories per glass pretty much. Leave your foods alone people. He also tried to tell me the pulp removed from OJ is healthier... btw that gives me an idea
