-WZ-Been wondering thinking about this for a while now! After grinding away on my summer setup I was wondering how long it takes for you guys to get stuff on lock. Im not a quick learner, but I can usually land a trick after like 10-20 good attempts and after like 50-100 tries have it so I can land it at least 75% of the time depending on the trick haha:) So NS, how long does it take you to get a trick on lock?
RparrI think you may be falling into the same trap many have in summer skiing. Depending on the trick you're trying, and your setup, it can take so fucking long to learn something. Sometimes it can be harder than on snow. I remember trying a trick involving several swaps well over a couple hundred times and I never got it.
maxstrI have a summer set up and I've only had it for 2 weeks and I've already learned 2 new tricks. but I would say it takes at least 1000 tries before u can lock them down and do them every time. one trick that I've found to be very hard to first learn expecally on a summer drop in is 270's on. I could kinda do them on snow but on Msnow it's 10times harder.
john18061806for flips it takes 10-20 tries, but then about 0 when you learn how to pop.
