I've been lifting a lot over the last few months and I think I've caused some pretty serious tendonitis in my forearms. The pain shoots vertically up the outside of my forearms along the bone (I believe it's called the Ulna). It definitely hurts the worst when I do curls. I always do sets of 16, so it isn't like I'm using an excessive amount of weight.
Has anyone else dealt with this? Is there a way I can correct my form or adjust myself to prevent this in the future?
