Removing background music

Is there a way to remove music from the background of a voice over in video? I use Final Cut Pro and motion 5. Thanks NS

You could try to isolate the voice with an EQ but it will probably sound like shit.

Yeah tried this and because the background music has singing it boosted that too and yeah it sounded like shit
