steezyjibberHow I would have done it before reading this thread is the manual way I guess, which would be just cutting up one of the layers, correct?
However, I just played around in premiere a bit, and what you could do is keyframe the opacity of your Video Layer 2. Basically, just keep keyframing the opacity from 0, to 100, to 0, to 100, over and over again super quickly. Like frame by frame.
Does that make sense?
