Wait... Do we (skiers) have a quad cork? Besides mr bare which wasn't really a cork rotation. I swear if you're lying I'm beating you up on the playground after school.

Transworld snowboarding apparently hired a physicist to calculate how many flips you could do on a board.

“I found the maximum spin speed based on velocity leaving the [jump], then make it a perfect [takeoff] where as much energy as possible is put into the rotation and you get 6.5 revolutions.”

Style is what's next, it's really great if someone throws a quad but I'd rather see more style in other tricks than more flips.
