so I was recently looking at another one of those "which college has good skiing" threads and it got me thinking. what if there was a Newschoolers University? It would be all about skiing. you could become a ski instructor, make skis, design new types of skis, create top sheets and bases, design new boots, make new outerwear and headwear, become filmers and photographers, edit videos. throw in other ideas if you have them.

I'd go back to college. I wouldn't hesitate for a single second.

Plus it wouldn't need to be accredited. You'd just need the industry to accept NSU with open arms.

I'll be a professor. Our mechanical engineering program will be top notch, with no busy work. We'd design the best winches, snow cats, and snowblowers in the game.

First class- Planning your line
Second class- The proper technique
Third class- Manners on the mountain
Fourth class- Finding the pow
Fifth class- Shredding the pow
Other classes- Creation (winches, rails, cats, etc), the proper clothes for skiing, etc

What could go wrong?

learning from big air dave on how to go Gucci, brogan teaching you afterbang, wallich and schlopy could do a split class of spinning to the future. M&A guys are more then qualified to teach photography and filming. Jason levinthal with a course on building skis.
