As it turned out, not much came of it. I had a crazy aura like I normally do when getting a migraine, pounded some ultra strength liquigel Advil and chilled out. The aura passed and I don't really have much of a headache at all. Stoked.

I used to get migraines every week way back when I was in elementary school. It was a normal thing for me to have to go home early. My go to was having a light snack, taking two advil, and having an hour power nap. That usually made me feel better.

Being dead serious, running a ski company as a sole proprietorship is a idiotic idea, the risk of ligation is far too high
I used to get them quite frequently. Now i only get them every once in a while, and they are generally related to tension in my neck muscles and trapezius muscles now a day. If I massage the back of my head where my neck muscles connect to my head, or have someone massage my shoulders that can take the edge off enough to where i am able to fall asleep. sometimes it also helps to take a hot shower and just let the water run on my neck for like twenty minutes, it relieves the tension.
When I know ones coming on I have a bunch of water, take some advil, and try and get to sleep in a cool dark room before the pain hits me like a hammer.

I used to get migraines when I was younger. The worst ones were long and I remember some lasting longer than a day. I would go into my room, close everything, and try to hibernate. I remember it being really shitty. I must have grown out of them, though, because I don't get them anymore. Usually when I feel headaches coming on now I drink some water and maybe pop and ibuprofen or two. I guess I got lucky in the end.
