buy a welding machine, a pipe bender, a cutting torch, some leathers, welding shield...ok now that you have all that go buy some steel stock pipe. bend to shape, if you buy a good pipe bender then you can make some curved rails, rainbow rails and stuff like that. weld some long legs with some flat plates at the bottom bury the legs in the snow like a foot with the flat plate keeping them from moving around.
good luck...better hope your parents are rich cause thats some serious bucks right there

well..i was first gunna use acrylic acetate, its this smooth hard plastic stuff..much like plexiglass..but the stuff i got was too thin and it cracked when i jumped on it with a ski.., i bough a thicker piece and its holding up great..i just need 2 more pieces of it.(will get from the school tech lab when shcool starts) ... as a backup, i will either use PVC or more expensive plexiglass or lexan
don't use PVC i've heard way to many horror stories about guys digging an edge in and getting cut up pretty bad by the chips. if you talk to some metal working shops you could probably get them to help you build some for a few bucks or a couple hours of work
i still havent goten around to building mine but i was going to use a modififed version of mauiis plan. im guna make a double barrel rail and just drill up into the pvc
And all the worlds a terrain park, and the people are merely jibbers.

I just go to the junkyard near my house and find metal shelves, fences, bike racks and just use my hacksaw to turn them into rails. If your creative you can make some really cool rails with relativly little work!
