Marker jester problems?!?!?!

I was re mounting my skis today with my jester pros and saw that the front arms of the heel piece that attach to the plate were almost totally rubbed down and almost non existent. I am not to stoked about this and they look/ feel pretty sketchy. is there any warranty for this? and has this happened to anyone else?
