What are the best render settings for a canon ?

I have a canon t3i, and im not sure what are the best render settings to use on adobe premiere pro . some suggestions ?

It depends what you're filming in as far as frame rate. I have no knowledge of premiere but now that Youtube is going to 60 fps, a lot of things have changed.
