Ski the Outer Limits by Barry Corbet and Roger Brown. Released in 1968, it's one of the first freestyle ski movies, and starts off with Herman Goner and Tom Leroy front flipping into Corbet's Couloir (1:45).

I love this movie but there isn't really a best ski movie. It all depends what you're into.
