New guy here. Anyone have experience with either of these or both of these skis? How would they compare? It seems from what I've I read that both of them appeal to what I'm looking for. I weigh around 175-180 and am intermediate - advanced. Ski in Pennsylvania, mainly Blue Mountain, and want something to have some fun and rip around the mountain, good carving, and just all around a stable, fun, fast ski. Jumps don't really matter that much. I hit them, but not very often. Some nights I don't at all. Also, needs to be good for the ski conditions we see in Pennsylvania and the East. Looking to buy soon and I'm between these two.

Both great choices. I'd lean slightly toward Blizzard just because their build quality is straight bomber. However, they will be a tad more stiff and chargy. If that is not really your game, then the Prophets would be a better choice.

if you ever want to ride switch again, don't get the brahma's, because they aren't twin tips. A more comparable option to the prophet 90 would be the blizzard regulator. Blizzard regulator is more comparable to the Prophet 90. Maybe you know this...

I thought the prophet held a better edge than the brahma, really can't go wrong either way though

It's ok if I don't ski switch. I used to like to now and then but it wasn't often. I'm more concerned that I maybe I'm not heavy enough to get the Brahma to perform at it's optimum.

You'll be fine on the brahma, it has a high end build but with the intentions that an intermediate can ski it and not be overwhelmed by the flex.

Hey Ghosthop, I see in your previous post that you've skied both of these. Can you go into detail how you're skiing experience was with both of these skis?
