About that time again, Jiberish has been teasing us with all the crazy shit they are dropping this winter. Most notably the peacoats/outerwear they are coming out with.



Really diggin the coat (assuming it's theirs) and the hat as well.

For those of you who bought the bomber, how thick is it? Is it somewhat wind proof? I'm looking for a nice fall jacket, or something that can be layered with a hoodie for winter days above 20 degrees.

Also, how do the chinos fit? Thinking of buying a pair, are they really slim or a regular fit?

Bombers are quite thin. I know the material isn't canvas but in terms of thickness and warmth it's similar to a layer of canvas with a nylon backing. If you layer it over a hoodie it would probably be just fine if it's over 20 degrees, although it is more of a spring or fall type jacket IMO. I'd say it's pretty windproof.

Having tried it on in the store, while standing up my hands rest right on the zipper, and its just a little uncomfortable. I don't really like the way it looks, nor do i fully understand the function. Its not like its so skinny to the point where its difficult to put on without them. I would just prefer it without the zips

I was a little skeptical about the zips as well. I've found that they are hardly noticeable when wearing the hoodie. My hands would also rest on the zipper, but I pretty much never find myself standing up with my hands just hanging by my sides.

I can see that. The whole point I think behind the zippers are to "layer" underneath with a shirt to stick out the bottom of it or at least to show under the zippers. Thats what I do at least. Can post a pic if that doesnt make sense

How tight are the pushers supposed to fit? It's my first time getting this style and I feel restricted around the shoulders. I'm 5'7" and 165lbs and went for a medium. I'm scared going any larger will make it look sloppy, and I love the way it looks. The model on the site was listed at 160, and 5'10" wearing a medium so I'm thinking it's just meant for a more fitted look? Def can't layer under it though.

Everything looks good but the lower priced products seem awfully similar to a diffusion line which usually entails low quality products that are a poor value. Hopefully this isn't the case.

Yea hopefully its just the "bells and whistles' like drago said; metal drawstring caps, custom fabrics, engraved buttons, etc etc.

They've done 70 dollar sweatshirts for the majority of their existence as a company. And none of their old sweatshirts really had quality issues so I don't see any reason why them going back to less expensive clothing would make their sweatshirts any less quality than they have been in the bast.

Wait till you see it in person, I'm really fucking impressed and Pete and the crew have us all a huge walk through of the entire line right before we made the video.

All the new patches and branding are so good, getting back to the skiing/mountain roots with ski patrol and guide service references. They said their outerwear will all be under $300 as well, and the down jacket is super fucking warm.

**Won't all be under $300. They'll still have their grand cru technical line with the higher price points, but there is one no-frills technical jacket that comes in at $300. I believe it's the expedition style jacket Pete showed in the video.

Anyone who has the Raglan in grey XL and 6ft around 160lbs, is it good fit compared to their normal hoodies? I want to pick it up, just would like to hear on comfort, fit and durability
Also thinking of picking up the teal 2 tone
Lastly: Anyone have the 10th mountain hoodie in blue? Any difference in quality to that of the GET HIGH hoody or similar? I found a deal and want to order it tonight

I'm 6'1" and the Large Musigny is a good snug fit on my shoulders. But if you go up to XL, you're going to be wearing a baggy coat
