Why do we give so few fucks about mexicans?

Since 1965 the total death toll in the israel palestine conflict is 21,000. In 2011 there were 24,000 drug war related deaths in mexico. We sure have our priorities straight.

The total # killed in mexico alone in the last ten years is a genocidesque figure. Well into the hundreds of thousands. And thats just in mexico. We could decriminalize minor drug possesion; lowering the stakes has curbed violence in every instance that has been recorded. But we dont give a fuck about mexicans do we...

Im just saying...I presented true proven facts that are on the conservative side of estimates of the numbers...others have said the numbers are much higher. Realistically when it comes down to it...its all about numbers. They tell the story. An opinion that he stated has no proof in it at all.

Back to the OP:
Drugs should be decriminalized for many reasons besides the one being discussed. Who should have any right to control what we do with our bodies? If you want to do meth that is your problem. Selling illegal drugs would still be a felony, but if you want to do them then more power to ya! They should be full on legal.

zzzskizzzyeah shockingly not everyone in this country wants to support the top one percent, corporations and billionaires, so Republicans lost get the fuck over it and you stop trying to start shit in this thread. if you actually want your beloved Rick Perry to win the election he needs to get a wider base. Which involves helping people that are poor. Now back to the topic of violence in South America.

I know where your ideas are coming from. The facts FoxNews spits out. I get it... I am on the humanity side of things. There are people starving, and living in severe proverty and we don't want them here because of $$$$$$. So, human life < $$$. That is crazy to me. $$$$ rules all. We spend 85% of taxes on a war thousands of miles away. But, generally republicans support that. But, they want to save money by putting mine fields up on the Mexican border.

Ever hear of special interest groups? Nobody is innocent in this category. People are taking money from all angles and have their own interest at heart. Democrats, republicans - all the same. Politicians can sometimes drastically change what they believe in based on $$$$$

Maybe your not aware that members on Obama's administration are previous domestic terrorists from a group called "Weather Underground". Look it up. Major socialists.

And Fox news spits newsworthy stories just as much as CNN does. Every media source is biased in one way or another and realistically is out to get ratings which drive $$$$$$$$$$.

I don't watch either. Also, there are more than two options besides Democrat and Republican. Either way, I don't vote. Especially presidential elections - that's just pointless.

See the problem with granting amnesty is that it essentially starts another Drug War, which will in turn fuck up Mexico and Latin America even more. If amnesty is granted with no restraints than that means big business for these criminal coyotes out there who will just grow in size and power. Kind of like how the drug cartels did when the war on drugs started. We made it harder to get/make drugs in the US, thus we unintentionally started the drug cartels because the war on drugs significantly increased their profits seeing as how they were pretty much the only source of drugs for america. So if you support amnesty than hats off to you for supporting the destruction of most the countries in Latin America.

Even if mexicans are a net drag on the us economy (which i dont believe they are) , they are certainly on avg less of a drag than a good portion of legal us citizens. Mexicans never see themselves as victims, and they dont expect to be treated as victims, which is a mentality that if adopted nationwide would have huge positive effects on american society.

The amount of work that gets done everyday by mexican americans is staggering. The argument that they dont pay taxes is silly- nobody should have to pay taxes in the first place.

Moreover, from what ive been told about prison, the black inmates tend to be very disrespectful and they try to get over on you all the time. The mexican inmates from cartels etc, on the other hand, are very respectful and wont do anything to anybody unless its been called for. This is somewhat of a tangent but not many people know this.

I really think that the mexican mentality is very positive for america. They have strong family values- they take care of eachother, and dont ask the govornment to take care of them.

Anybody who truly hates mexicans is clueless
