You're pretty much doing a lincoln loop. Throw it back instead of forwards.

throw backwards more. also don't try to invert yourself. the throw will make your body go off axis.

what you need to try and do is throw your arms/shoulders round and behind rather than forwards and down if you get me to set the spin. almost like youre doing a 180 first then a misty 5

also try and bounce higher
