Basically I wanted to make this thread to give a big thanks to the brands with great customer service. I think that good customer service really makes a brand go far and do well and that's why I think companies like 4frnt, ON3P, J skis, and a more will really do well in the industry. They already are doing well but great customer service sure does help.
For me when there is good service it makes me want to buy their products. I can email 4frnt a question and they reply by the end of the day. But if a email line or surface a email, they take a while to respond if never.
So yeah big thanks to companies who care about the skiiers. I will definitely be picking up a pair of 4frnts and J skis this year, and their service was a big part of that.
Sorry for the ramble but the companies who actually care about the customers deserve a big thanks and a huge amount of respect!
P.S. Not saying that companies like Surface and Line don't like their customers, but they sure could try a little harder to show the love.
