Double Misty on a Trampoline
I'm having a lot of trouble with a double misty. Anytime I huck as hard as I can to go into double, my body naturally unwinds and starts spinning into like misty 9/10, if that makes any sense. After the initial misty 5, how do I get my body to continue to flip instead of to spin out? Thanks for the help
you just aren't committing. just jump a high as you can and whip it around

it's about breaking the muscle memory of spinning after flipping. I wish i could explain how to do it but i don't know how, all i know is that it's the solution. it's the trick to learning new tricks.
grab safety and hold it until you spot your landing at the second flip! helps a lot , or just stay tucked
