Is it still a cork 7?

Does it matter when i spin the 3 (before or after the cork 3)? Or am I just doing it all wrong...

Yes, but it all depends on the different axes the "flip" or "wobble" part comes around on. Most people do it late, but cork 3 to reg 3 is too ill.
