From my experience some girls (approximately half) take very good notice of the shoes you finish your outfit off with.
Most girls ive talked to say they like boat shoes, without socks. They also like white sambas, which i have gotten alot of compliments on.
None of them like crocs, which is good because ive never even thought of buying a pair of those hideously ugly things.
