ive discovered my style is horrendous; my arms are every where, help! how do i improve where my arms are and how do i position my body to look more comfortable and natural?

Do tricks often so you get super comfortable with them, relax, quiet upper body helps, sometimes listening to music helps too. There really isn't too much advice as far as style goes.

I look atrocious when I go no poles, but I look smooth with poles. I started keeping my arms super stiff. The edits below also influenced my no poles style. However I still ski with poles 85% of the time.

Golden Rule for poles/no poles is no poles when it's a rope accessed hill, poles if you're on a chair. Otherwise it's your choice.

yea get poles and try to keep your hands at your sides. also don't wash out your landings.
