Wilson flip (dub cork/underflip 10) - Mike Wilson did one at 2005 US Open.
D-Spin - Named for inventor Mike Douglas
The term "cab" was used interchangeably with "switch" a decade ago (and the purists will argue it's more accurate) which is named for skater Steve Caballero.
I recall Jon Olsson naming some dub cork variety an Olsson flip, but that's gone into obscurity like the Wilson flip.
