Elbow joint armor?

Recently have been injured and now my elbows are more fragile then ever, and they weren't hold'n up to begin with.

Does anyone know of anything that caters to the joint?
Please help me out if ya know of anything.

Do you require impact protection, or more a surport to stop over flexing ect?

support over the joint the bones are fine but the everything else is loose. It was a cleanish dislocation but i know i cant take to many more of these injuries.
