How did your season turn out?

My 13-14 season had a rough start. A combination of low progression, bad weather, and injuries left me with low expectations. Things turned around during the midseason. We all started progressing more, our injuries healed, and the weather was perfect almost every day. I already miss sessioning the parks with good vibes for all.

well I managed to not dislocate my shoulder on any of my trips this year... so Id say the season turned out pretty epic!

lots of trips, good jams. Broke 2 pairs of skis in 4 months. lots of progression. i had a nice one.

had a great first month, rode killington, etc.

then i tore my ACL on January 10th, so i haven't skied since then. can't wait to get back at it next season

pretty good, had a few nice powder days, actually started hitting park features frequently, stepped up my game to be a bit faster in the trees now too.

Skied 52 days, in Ontario! Proud of myself! Progressed a lot in terms of tricks and style, super stoked! Might get one last day in this coming weekend!

Season was aight. Racked up like 25 days. Which included braking a collarbone and separating a shoulder. Got both way 4s so was happy

Pretty slow but awesome. First full season in 3 years. Got a combines 15 days max out of the last 2 seasons. Season ending injuries.

Was stoked just to get on groomers honestly. Took me a while to start throwing down in the park again though. I had so much work to do this year I honestly couldn't afford to get injured.

Unfortunately got a nice concussion last wed at mt snow so I'm sitting out the end of the season trying to get my head straight.

this was my first year of going from just hitting rails to actually spinning jumps and trying to progress. this may seem stupid and cliche but at the start of the season i made a pact to myself that everyday i was out riding i had to do something new, whether it was a new trick, hitting a rail differently or boosting some cliffs. i can definitely say that it worked and made me push myself to try new things.

so yeah pretty decent season i'd say.

Kind of a lame season. I did more than last year but fear really held me back this year. A few days ago i hit an airbag for the first time and it completely changed my perspective on skiing. I'm going skiing this weekend and have big plans..

great trips and good progression, didn't turn out too well for filming and the weather/conditions basically sucked ass all season. minimal powder days were had but still can't complain, overall I would call it a good season just like every other season I have had lol

I can relate. My 12-13 season was horrible due to the crushing fear I had everytime I went skiing. My best tricks that season were 360s and going switch out of a 3 ft flat rail. My one really good friend gave me a tip that changed my skiing, probably forever. "Don't think about anything". I ended up getting 4s, swaps, all rails, and rodeo 7s because of this.

trying lots of new tricks on the first days of the season, had an injury, broke my poles and bindings because of that, had to stay 3 weeks out, after that i went back and tried those tricks again, went to my first comps and filmed a little bit. it was my most progressive and fun season ever even when the snow conditions where the shittiest in years, im so stoked that the 2014 season is about to start here

Barely progressed at all, only got 15 days in. Probably wont get more than 3 more.

But like 7 of them were full blown pow days and all but 3 I was able to find first tracks in the mornings.

Ruptured my ACL and grade III ruptured my MCL on my 2nd run, didn't even make it to the park or to any powder ... to paraphrase Comic Book Guy "Worst season eveerrrrrr"

Overall, pretty good! Shorter than last season, however.

Pretty terrible. Bought a season pass. My first day was awesome, I picked up right where I left off last season landing every trick I learned and the muscle memory was on point.

Then my second day I hucked my meat way too hard and fractured my radius completely displacing the bone and suffering some pretty bad soft tissue damage. And that ended my season.

3 months later I am still doing physical therapy with no end in sight. Hoping to be ready to go for Mt. Hood in mid June.

started off great. I broke my wrist in december, which sidelined me for a week or so. After that both of the brakes on my skis broke so i skied with the constant fear of chasing both of them down the hill (slowed my progression). Dislocated my knee in february, couldnt ski for about 2 weeks. Ive had a great late season though. Injuries and equipment didnt stop me from having fun

48 days so far, all in New England. This season was spectacular.

January sucked ass tho, no snow, sub zero temps, and at least one day of rain per week. In February and March we got dumped on almost every week.

Had some ridiculous powder days and Jay Peak and Magic Mtn.

Local season fucking sucked , park was disgusting,

Mine was decent. My skis burned in a fire so I had to get new ones half way through the year which threw me off a little but now I'm pretty happy with them. I fractured a rib on a rail , sprained my wrist when a snowboarder snaked me, and then bruised the other side of my rib cage on a box. But other than that it was pretty damn good. Most snow we've seen in Western New York in Years. Weather wise it was the best season I can remember.

Got at least 30 something days(possibly more), and still have a couple more. Season started slow, but then took off, I don't have really any fears of trying new features anymore, I developed a better style, and learned a lot of new fun stuff. Then right at the end of march I went to what is probably one of the most fun events to go to near where I live (super-fun park at Nubs Nob), and on my 4th run I ate shit hard and re-injured a contusion from last year; its mostly healed up now but I still have to be careful, but I'm really bummed that I can't go hucking at end of the season (the same thing happened to me last year because of the same injury) again. I didn't get to do much filming which was a bummer, I really wanted to be able to see, at a visual stand point, how much I have improved since last year, but oh well. It has been fun.

Season went great, learned a bunch on rails. Jumps went as I expected and I didn't do too much on them but I'm happy. Hoping to head out to killington for a few more days this season...currently at 57

I had set some goals at the beginning of the season and i landed all i wanted
I even progressed in the pipe, which is something i never thought i would enjoy but i did
Skied at least 2 days by week with my friends
So yeah, season was pretty awesome, nothing epic but loved it!

Great season. Hadn't been out in a while. Went a few times in the laurentians in quebec where I was staying, and I was just stoked to be out cruising around. I loved it so much I decided to head out west next season.

I had a good season. Only bad part was I missed about 3 weeks with a sprained MCL. Besides that I learned a lot of new tricks on both jumps and rails. I also got to ski a few really fun powder days.
