Need help for front flips.

Ok so I've tried front flips a couple of times but cannot not seem to rotate fast enough. Anyone know the key to front flips.

1. Check lower body commitment
2. Throw harder
3. Find bigger jump

5. tuck more than u think u should, with skis on your going to rotate slower than off a diving board or tramp

Hands up. Whip them to your waist at the same time as your chin goes to your chest.

Lean back when you go up the kicker, you will get better rotation by doing that
