If there is snow, urban!!! Be creative and you could hit sick spots you wouldn't be able to hit if people were around. You could also go explore, get more firmiliar with campus, find new places etc. Colleges can be a lot bigger then the functional area of campus (cafateria dorms lecture halls etc) so take advantage of that. Find other people who stayed back, I would be that you're not the only one.

Fortunately it sounds like you need to purchase a nice bong and some quality ganja. See if your neighbors are around because I just got to know mine and everyone is pretty damn chill and cool to hangout with.

Knock on your neighbors door with a bong and some dro and everything should work out. Most people will not turn down a quality smoke with their neighbor and where I live you could go up to any door on my street with a bong and you will be warmly welcomed.
