ABallsNot sure of this has been discussed yet but what do you guys listen to in the gym? Like playlists, pandora stations, spotify etc...
jblaskiyour post makes me think of this picture:
louie.miragsI recently started listening to edm at the gym and it is tits. Bro Safari radio is a good mix for staying pumped up. I'm a jam band kind of guy but I whip out the edm for working out or going out.
TheSeaCaptainIs this guy training to kill someone named Bill?

juicedrummer11what's everyone's thoughts on BCAA's? i mean i know they are supposed to help in recovery and replenish and blah blah, but is it worth getting some? Does anyone swear by it or will i suffice on my protein and multi-vitamins and a lil creatine for my next bulk adventure?

ABallsThere's mixed opinions but from what I've gathered you can get enough bcaa's from your daily food and protein intake. However, they probably won't hurt.
I'm getting a little discouraged, I'm no longer dropping body fat at the rate I'd like. Currently at around 2000 calories a day with 20 minutes of cardio and 50 minutes of weight lifting. I'll be upping that to 30-40 minutes of cardio a day with the same amount of weight lifting. Probably somewhere between 13%-11% body fat. Would like to get to 8% and then maintain between 9%-8%. Any tips or advice? Ill probably start counting calories when school begins.
ABallsSo I basically told this hot ass girl that in 90 days I'm going to look like Brad Pitt in fight club. Luckily I found Kris Gethins 12 week program. I'll finally be dialing my diet down and logging all of my statistics as well as taking before and after photos. At the end of the 12 weeks I'll post said photos and I will get that hot ass girl. Any tips as well as motivationional posts are appreciated. Thank you gentleman.

louie.miragsSounds like a plan man! Get yourself feeling better about you.. But, you could get her now with a little confidence. A stereotypical nice body for a male isn't the only thing standing between you and her. Do the workout for you, if she doesn't like you then tell her peace out
ABallsOne of the benefits of this is I'm learning how to cook. I'm having quite a bit of fun with it.

ThundaKillaI haven't been to a gym/worked out since I broke my ankle on April fools day. I haven't gained much weight since then, but I have lost a good amount of muscle tone. I'm hoping to get back into a routine once I get to college in a few weeks. I am a little nervous because my knee has felt very unstable since the break and my ligaments/tendons in my ankle feel loose as shit.

ABalls^^ya it feels better eating food you cooked yourself
^and ya I feel ya, I'm pretty sure I undercooked the chicken thigh cuts a little bit but the broccoli and brown rice was fine. I'll learn as I go I suppose.
californiagrownYou can cook the holy hell out of fatty meats like chicken thighs and they will never get dry. Just set your oven to 380 and throw in a pan of marinated thighs then forget about them for 60-90 minutes. Its really easy to cook fatty meats.
And FYI, your broccoli should have a bit of a snap to it when cooked, otherwise you've overcooked it.
Do you enjoy brown rice?
JayDopegot my first photoshoot this saturday with alpha design photos, pretty stoked, never done a photoshoot before. He only gave me 2 weeks notice so i barely had anytime to prepare so im a little worried im gunna look like shit, but if anyone wants to see the guys work, his instagram is alphadesignphotos. He took a few shots of me at my first national show and really liked what he saw, so we'll see how this goes
californiagrownCongratulations my man! is the photog going to shop the photos around, or is this a paid gig?
You might want to check out this peaking plan by Christian Thibaudeau. Im sure you are already know most of, if not all of this, but there may be a nugget or two thats new to you.

californiagrownMaybe be a Lange Guy??
ABallsHey man would you mind sharing your daily food intake? Just wondering what it takes to stay at a bf percentage like yours.
JayDopehaha Lange guy ad for sure, funny because i actually use their boots too. My food intake varies to be honest, but how i look in that photoshoot is now how i look all the time remember that. Breakfast usually 1/2 cup oats with some pb and protein powder, then 2 whole eggs and 4 egg whites scrambled together, snacks ill usually have some rice cakes with pb, lots of ground turkey, grilled/baked chicken breast, steak ocasionally, as for veggies ill do asparagus, broccoli, string beans, that kinda shit.

VTbass802Can you tell me if you have a specific calorie timing schedule (like most in morning, less midday, least at night), what times a day do you workout, how many times a week lifting/cardio? Timing stuff like that
