how do u do them whenever i try them on jumps my skis go almost straight up and i fall on my ass

Personally this trick hurts my knees, but I extend with the hips and at 180 I wrap and tuck to 360 or 540.

Make sure you're not reaching down, but sitting right back on your bindings, for me they just happen really naturally as long as I've got my hand back and I'm sitting down evenly.

go in on your bindings, grab the lip and for a 1 kick your skis out in front of you and for a 3 kick your skis up over you like a Lincoln loop and they should come around easier
