Narrowed it down to these to skis, Just a couple questions need to be answered for me to make the final decision!
Which ski is more poppy?
Which ski is more buttery?
Which ski has a better rail game?
Which is softer?
Which is less likely to catch while doing a swap on rails?
If I could get some replys that would be great so I could make an order this week. Thanks!
Catching on a rail is your own fault haha, both skis are very similar and I want to say that the jib tw are a little more but tier but I'm not positive. I would just go with the cheaper one or whatever one you think looks cooler haha
The t-halls are in between being stiff and being soft(more stiff though), but have butter zones, so they can butter pretty well for how stiff they are, which makes them a little bit softer. Scott TWs is a stiffer ski, but does not have butter zones, so they won't butter well at all, but they are more poppy than the T-halls. Also the T-halls haven't changed in at least 4 years, so if you buy them then it won't matter if you buy this years or last years or even the ones from the year before that, they will still be exactly alike(if they are new at least), just buy the ones that are cheapest.
I have ridden a pair of THalls from my friend and they did not impress me in any way. barely any pop, super dead feeling, sluggish, and just overall a pretty bland ski. the flex was the only cool thing imo. I have not ridden the TW's but I have seen many people using them and I have a few friends with them and they love them.
