Okay so i just recently bought some used sticks mainly for urban/rock skis and my summer setup. On one ski its missing a decent amount of edge underfoot but i decided to buy em anyways because they were cheap af and also cuz i slide left foot forward and the pullout is on the right edge. (pic below) I was wondering if there is anything i can do to make the ski life last longer/will i notice it when im trying to slide rails? I was thinking ptex all of the missing edge and under the bases and then clamp and sand flush to the remaining edge?
Next off theres some stickers that i want to take off so should i sand them down and be careful to not take off too much topsheet? or is there a better way? haha i can always just re-sticker bomb them if i fuck up i geuss
Finally, im not looking to spend too much money on this setup and i found some old 12din tyrolias in my basement but i cant figure out what model they are (pic below + huge karma boost who can tell me what model they are) and i was just wondering if you guys think i should mount them or just put another 50 bucks towards some used griffons or something? (I just dont want to have old bindings that wont release and fuck up my knee or something)
Thanks NS hopefully you guys can answer some or all of my questions! +K to those who help me out
