foodisfunDefinitely considering this.
Thinking about doing the Peach and then maybe Lockn or Catskill Chill... would be cool to check out disc jam tho especially so I wouldn't have to wait until august to get my festival fix

connecticuntDefinitely go to disc jam! One of my favorite fests, the line up is awesome, the people there are awesome, and there's disc golf. Plus it's pretty cheap. Definitely a good one to add to the lineup.
foodisfunshould i see dopapod in brooklyn tn?
louie.miragsdefinitely! We were considering it. We're headed to brooklyn to see a live podcast. It is Duncan Trussell with guest Alex Grey. We're gonna save some money though with festival season coming up though.
selfiejesusim actually so stoked for Pemberton. the stokage is unreal.
louie.miragsYo Abortionator, have you been to the All Good festival before? Me and benedetto are highly considering making the trip to WV to experience a new festival (new to us) and travel to a place we haven't been before.

Sorry for the late response. I did all good in 2011. Undortunately there were some sketchy factors. Somebody tried to rob me in the campgrounds, there were massive cop operations, we're talking local police, state police, dea, homeland security(I talked to a homeland security officer face to face so that's not a joke). Some showed up with warrants. People were getting scooped up then brought to a spot up the hill in the woods, detained and then put on a bus and bussed off to jail.
Some people were vending some tshirts and bracelets to collect money to bail their friend out and event staff came and confiscated all their stuff and all the money.
Also a girl got run over and killed real close to my campsite in clear view in the morning.
Haven't gone back since. That said I'm interested to check it out now that it's back in WV. IT's at a new festival grounds that I haven't been to. Old spot was marvins mountain top in masontown WV, then it moved to ohio for a couple years.
The music was awesome though. I had tickets to go in 2010 as well but I got some RC "acid" at nateva a week or two before and wasn't in a good spot and skipped. Great music, really well done on that end, always a decent lineup.
Sunday is pretty mellow, there really aren't any big names. The music ends early like at vibes but generally vibes still has a headliner closing out sunday. All good sunday is DSO which is sick, but the festival kind of feels like it's over in a sense midway through the day.
Highlights were wondering through the campground during pretty lights and watching a wall of fog come over from the other hills and then engulf me instantaneously, smuggling a full pint mug full of rum and coke in my hood through security, and doing a giant naked lap around the campground with a megaphone sunday evening.
Worth checking out. If you've done, summercamp in IL, or Vibes in Ct it's something like them. 2 stages side by side with the music going back and forth not overlapping and sometimes another stage more into the campgrounds for smaller acoustic stuff.
Idk, it's looking like I might spend the summer in the northeast. I bought a 2 day pass for moe. in burlington so who knows. If I'm back their I'll possibly attend depending on the dates.

theabortionatorAlways has a good lineup of the regional bands but I'll never go. Heard it's a great time but the people running it rubbed me the wrong way. Posted something I felt was lame and kind of fucked up on one of my facebook statuses a few summers ago. I messaged very very nicely another person at the fest mentioning that it just didn't look good on an account that is promoting their event, wasn't even being a dick. They never got pack to me. Just kind of decided to never attend since I don't feel the vibes from the staff are that great.
On the plus there are sooooooo many other fests I could attend it's never been that big of a deal. hell, it's been a few years since I've gone really hard on fests anyways. Hoping to do 4 or 5 this year. We'll see
louie.miragsword man that blows! Thanks for your take on All good as well. We were deciding between the two but gonna most likely do Disc Jam. The line up is fire! I will report back on the vibes. I am hoping it will be similar to Catskill Chill since the music is similar.
And Mtn Jam is just way to expensive for us to do right after Mysteryland. So we're gonna most likely hike Hunter from the backside and see if we can find a spot to chill and hear the music.
theabortionatorEven if you don't plan on going all the way down into the fest just be careful. I would stay out of site if possible even if you're just hanging out up top. Plus they do lift rides there as well so people are going up, not sure how far up that lift goes though.
I've had friends sneak in legit before I'm just saying if you're not trying to get in and steal anything you don't want to get hassled for nothing. Also worst case the base there is prety close to the stages. You could park in the lot and just walk up probably and kick it in the woods below, maybe even on the road there and be right behind the stage pretty much.
SkierGuyNickThreads. Firefly looks dope
fillupAnyone?

the Catskill Chill lineup has arrived!
And rumors (from fans) are circulating that moe. may be the headliner since they are planning to announce the headliner the day following mountain jam!!! Exciting to say the least! Chill is amazing and with no .down this is the next best option

theabortionatorInterested to see how chill the chill is at this point.
montageskierBig fest news dropping the next day or two out of Pennsylvania.

theabortionatorI'm honestly not sure if I'll go. I'm debating it. Never been to peach so idk how things flow but I went for moe. dmb a few years ago.
Idk, not sure if that fest can be salvaged. Maybe if they leave the big name whomp off the lineup itll be chill again.
That fest really went to hell near the end.
-benedettoI saw that about the announcement. Never been but I've heard so much about it so I'm not sure how to feel. Not sure if I can stand the type of people bisco seems to attract. But then again, I might be one of them. The line up and a real announcement will help settle the issue. I mean come on, its already May. Most people have there summer festival schedule planned out. I'm hitting 3 and hardly enough funds for that!
louie.mirags
the hints from Camp Bisco.
Pennsylvania and Bisco is what I see right off the bat. I need to work before I find more or google the answers.
-benedettoAnd the word Scranton right at the bottom which is where Montage is. Pretty sure he was referring to peach by saying keeping the womp out?
-______-
louie.miragsyou're thinking the announcement may involve camp bisco and rusty thinking it may involve the peach festival. We'll see today or manana
theabortionatorNah , was talking about camp bisco, but it's going to be at montage where peach is.
